NDIS Support Coordination Qualifications

We could go on and on about the many benefits of working with a Support Coordinator NDIS for your plan!

Not only does a Support Coordinator help with managing an NDIS plan, but their role also involves establishing and maintaining relationships with your service providers, mitigating any issues that may arise and generally improving your understanding of the NDIS.

Who is eligible?

A capacity building support, Support Coordination is designed to help build your confidence and develop your skills, ensuring you get the most of your plan funds and achieve your goals.

Unfortunately, not everyone will be deemed eligible to receive funding for Support Coordination within their plan. You’re likely to be eligible if:

  • Are likely to develop the skills and confidence needed to be able to navigate the NDIS independently.
  • Don’t have an informal support network of friends or family that could otherwise provide a similar style of support.
  • Are likely to gain a substantial benefit from having the assistance of a Support Coordinator.
  • Are new to the NDIS and receiving their first plan or going through a significant life change.
