With so many service providers out there, connecting with providers that can deliver the supports you need, how and when you need them, takes careful consideration. As part of a Support Coordinator’s role in managing your NDIS plan, they will conduct a thorough assessment of your needs and carefully match you with service providers that will be best suited to help reach your goals.
This support doesn’t stop once you have established relationships with providers. Your Support Coordinator will also ensure these relationships continue to serve you as you progress through your plan or start new plans. If you find that you no longer satisfied with your service providers, or your supports are not helping you achieve your goals, your Support Coordinator can assist to get things back on track!
Develop your understanding of the NDIS
If you are new to the NDIS, understanding how to implement your plan funds may seem confusing at first.
