Meet the team
Although we all may come from unique and varied backgrounds, everyone at Disability Plan Services shares the same values and passions. For all of us, this is so much more than a job. We take great pride in what we do and promise to never stop doing everything we can to help you.
Mel was naturally drawn to a career in plan management, due to her highly organised and efficient nature. She loves getting to know new clients, and thrives on completing her work quickly and effectively. In fact, Mel even loves cleaning and organising in her spare time! She is the ideal person to trust with NDIS plan management.
Helen brings a wealth of knowledge, with many years of experience in the disability sector, as well as her lived experience caring for a daughter with disability. Helen thrives on seeing the difference she can make in peoples’ lives with her agile approach to psychosocial recovery coaching. She is a dedicated problem-solver, resulting in great outcomes for her participants.
Based in Toowoomba, Steve is dedicated to connecting the people of remote southern and western Queensland with quality disability support, and seeing them thrive. He is known for his empathy, and his commitment to following through. Steve is also an animal lover – with 3 sheep, 11 chickens, 2 roosters, a dog and a cat!
Alex understands first-hand what it’s like for families living with a disability. After founding four community support and respite programs in Brisbane’s Bayside, Disability Plan Services is Alex’s vision for providing a solution to Plan Management led by a team of real people who all share the same passion and experience.
With a background combining Customer Service, Banking and Support Worker roles, Lisa has all the qualities of a supportive, helpful, efficient Plan Manager.
Lisa takes great personal pride in securing the best outcomes possible for her participants – always putting people first and treating them with the respect they deserve.
Since a young age, Jack has been helping people to get the most out of their funding. Jack is a very experienced Plan Manager with a positive, can-do attitude that always delivers the best outcomes for our clients. A reliable and knowledgeable asset to the team, our community know they can always turn to Jack for help.
